The Role 📜
What will you be doing:
- Translate and localize product content such as UI and support documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain deep knowledge of product features and goals.
- Create UX-driven, informative content that aligns with Factorial’s tone of voice and business objectives.
- Analyze content performance, making improvements when needed.
- Participate in content audits with other product content specialists
- Deep-dive into specific content challenges in team workshop sessions
Your Profile 🧐
What you bring:

Fluent level French and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in content creation, with a focus on localization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - coffee helps.
- Keen to work in a team - it takes a village!
